• Good personal qualities (such as being curious, concentrated, and responsible, having good interpersonal communication skills, good teamwork skills, and strong execution ability)

• Relevant research and theoretical interests (intervention for health behavior changes, training and transfer of motor skills, and theoretical innovations towards understanding human functioning)

• Appropriate training background (such as applied mathematics, statistics, psychology, engineering, computer science, medicine, physical education, human movement science, communication, public health, etc.)

• Excellent English skills
